Private Yoga Sessions

A private session means the practice is shaped around you, your life, and what you need most right now. Each practice is rooted in curious exploration and may include gentle movement, breathing, meditation, and lifestyle guidance.

This work is for everyone. And for those moving through some of life’s more tender passages, specialized programs are designed with extra care and intention:

Yoga for Caregivers⁃ When you spend your days tending to others, it can be hard to remember that you need tending too. These sessions are time that’s entirely yours — a chance to gently reconnect with yourself.

Yoga for Grief & Transitions⁃ Loss and transition can leave us feeling unmoored in our own bodies. Yoga won’t take the pain away, but it can offer steadiness, presence, and a space to be with whatever you’re carrying.

The Yoga Being Bundle includes four 1-hour private yoga sessions. Together we will identify your goals and develop a personalized practice that is genuinely for you.
